With the UK’s aim to become carbon neutral by 2050, CIT and Foster & Partners want to help realise this ambition sooner with London’s first net-zero carbon workplace and commercial hub at Colechurch House, in Southwark. The former 1960s office block, Colechurch House is in planning to be transformed to form not only a dynamic intersection enhancing connectivity from London Bridge station but house high quality office space, affordable work and arts spaces and integrate a new public park and green space at street level.
Welcome to the consultation website for Colechurch House where you can find about our plans for redeveloping this important site.
Colechurch House is owned by CIT and is located just north of London Bridge Station between Duke Street Hill and Tooley Street. CIT plans to redevelop the site with Foster + Partners, an award-winning British architectural design and engineering firm.
During 2020 we have been running events and workshops to explore and develop our ideas for the site. We have now submitted our proposals to the council and we want your support to help make this a reality.
