Support the redevelopment of Colechurch House

Help us create a new park, theatre and zero carbon offices here in London Bridge.

Our plans for Colechurch House would create a big new park, a £10m venue for Southwark Playhouse theatre and a zero carbon office development that sets a new standard for London. It would bring up to 3,000 new jobs to the area including over 400 for local people, all in a building designed by award winning architects Foster + Partners.

We need your help to make it happen!

Southwark Council will take a decision on our plans in early 2022 and local views make a big difference to their decisions. Details of our plans can be found in our summary of the proposals here.

To support the plans use the button below. This will create a template email that you can send to Southwark Council. This is just a suggestion and you should change it to make sure it reflects your views. If you support the project then please say this in your email and give your reasons.
