Our plans for Colechurch House would create a big new park, a £10m venue for Southwark Playhouse theatre and a zero carbon office development that sets a new standard for London. It would bring up to 3,000 new jobs to the area including over 400 for local people, all in a building designed by award winning architects Foster + Partners.

Southwark Council will take a decision on our plans in early 2022 and local views make a big difference to their decisions. Details of our plans can be found in our summary of the proposals here.
